LBL Teas are loose leaf herbal blend teas blended to promote optimal health. There are three tea blend flavors: 

1) Detox Tea Blends: These herbs help to remove  metabolic waste and impurities from the body. 

2) "Flu Shot" Blend: This blend of herbs helps to increase immune function and ward off viral, bacterial and parasite infection.

3) Heart Healthy Blend: Promotes a healthy heart and blood vessels, helps to support healthy blood pressure and reduce inflammation.

These loose leaf herbal blends are brewed and used for external use. Cleansing and bathing purpose only.  There are  two external blends:

1) Cleansing Brew: A blend of herbs that  can be used as a spiritual blend to remove negative energy from your home, space or body. 

2) Yoni Blend Bath: This blend is for the ladies to pamper their precious parts and maintain healthy hygiene.  

This blend of butters and oils help to provide lasting  moisture for your sensitive skin. Helps to manage mild cases of eczema and skin irritations. Available 3 sizes. Small (4oz) , Medium (8oz), Large (12oz)

These rollers have essential oils  to help promote the balance of your chakras and to help balance your energy throughout the day. The also stay charged with chakra stones and positive intention.

After an assessment of your current holistic status, a health coach can help you set and maintain goals for your spiritual, mental and physical goals. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions are suggested. Each session ranges between 30-45 minutes. Sliding scale and payment plans are available. Assessment session on-time fee of $35 and is 1hr long. Virtual meetings available through Zoom. 

Massage Therapy Appointments are available in 1 hour increments. Massage Modalities include:

Spiritual consultations help you to align with your highest self and live your purpose. Spiritual sessions are approximately 30-45 minutes in length but may be longer depending on what messages the guiding energies have for you. Consultations are conducted by intuitive mediums and/or  priest/priestess. 

Existing clients may qualify for sliding scale fees. 

This service  provides guided imagery to help reveals one's inner strengths and weakness to facilitate growth and healing. Sessions are usually 15-30 minutes.
